On 9 July, the first session on the Magugnano beach of Sunrise on the Beach 2026 will take place in Brenzone sul Garda. A journey of well-being, breathing and gentle movement led by Valeria Scardelato, to awaken body and mind at the water's edge, immersed in the stillness of the morning. The sessions will take place at the Magugnano beach at 9.00 am and participation is free
