In Sanskrit, Dhara means flow, source, waterfall. And water is truly the soul of this centre: it springs from the living rock within its very walls, spreads all around and pours down into Lago di Garda.

Everything returns to nature, like a circle coming full turn, bringing peace and harmony. Massages, face and body treatments, Ayurveda, beauty care and an exclusive private spa: a one-of-a-kind setting in which to be pampered and grant yourself moments of true stillness.

L'acqua

A spring born inside the spa

This is no man-made system: it is a genuine spring, welling up from the rock inside the centre. We use it for the Kneipp circuit, it returns in the warm waterfall and the saltwater pool, and we let it flow all the way to the lake.

The outdoor hydromassage lies just five metres from the waters of the Garda: you sink into the warmth gazing at the Brescian shore, and in winter it is lovelier still.

Private Spa

The spa, all to yourselves

From 20:30 to 23:30 the centre closes to the public and is given over to a single group. Low lighting, warm water, the lake just outside: an hour and a half of pure romance, with no one else around.

We use natural products exclusively, guaranteed to be effective and safe: a sensory journey between East and West, where spices mingle with Mediterranean citrus and teak intertwines with age-old olive wood.
