Ride the Malcesine cable car up, take off at 1,700 metres and glide all the way down to the shore.
It's one of the most thrilling experiences you can have here, and no experience is required. You ride the rotating cable car of Malcesine up to 1,700 metres, walk a few steps to the launch, and leap into the void harnessed to a pilot.
The flight usually lasts around twenty minutes and descends to the landing field on the lakeshore. Below: the Scaliger castle, the villages, the Brescian cliffs opposite, the water changing colour according to its depth. On good days you fly longer, riding the thermals.
