On 2 July, Sunrise on the Beach 2026 gets under way in Brenzone sul Garda. A journey of well-being, breathing and gentle movement led by Valeria Scardelato, to awaken body and mind at the water's edge, immersed in the stillness of the morning. The sessions will take place at the Acquafresca beach at 9.00 am and participation is free
