All our room have parking space: the room-category JS La Villa, JS Italian Prestige, JS Superior, Suite Paradise and Suite Imperial have covered parking space, the JS Belfiore, JS Garden and Suite Dhara have outdoor parking space.

Wi-Fi line included in the price in all rooms and in every common area of the structure (dining-room, hall, bar, lounge, terrace, gardens, pool, beach).

Rates may vary during the season based on period, length of stay and availability, not based on a specific price list. Included in the price all services listed under the heading "Other services included", hereinafter referred to as "FAQ".

Upon your arrival, the rooms will be guaranteed from 3:00 pm (in case of late arrival, please let us know at +39 045 7420179), they must be vacated by 10.30 am on departure.

When paying in cash, the maximum possible amount is 1999.00 euros per room. Accepted cards: debit card, VISA, MASTERCARD. Checks are not accepted.

They are normally accepted upon request. They can accompany you at breakfast and dinner in the terrace-bar area. Please note that they must be kept on a leash and are not allowed in the dining room and the pool area. € 30,00 per night.

All our rooms are NON-SMOKING. It is possible to smoke on your balcony with the sliding door closed, while still respecting guests nearby.

At check-out city tax of € 2.00 per person per night will be applied to all guests starting up to 12 year of age.

In any case of cancellation of one or more treatments, please advise the reception within 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise the full cost will be charged.

Possibility of booking a transfer to and from Verona airport at least 72 hours in advance.

Our wellness area is open from April 10th to October 23rd. open. Entry after registration only for guests aged 16 and over and at the following times:
• from 3pm to 5pm or from 5.15pm to 7.15pm from Sunday to Friday. Price: two hours € 30.00 per person. Admission is free for hotel guests.
• from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. from Sunday to Friday, exclusive use for 2 hours for €139.00 or €179.00 with a bottle of Spumante “Metodo Classico” + fresh fruit carpaccio. Price valid for a maximum of 4 people, from the fifth person there is a surcharge of € 20.00 per person.
Closing day: Saturday (and possibly other days written on our web site).

Beach towels are always available at the reception and can be changed once a day.

Free use of City bikes, E-bikes and Fat-bikes for 2 hours, by contacting the reception for the keys.

Free use of our pedal boat for 1 hour, addressing the reception. On your return the pedal boat will have to be tied to the same anchor point.

Free use of canoes and SUPs for 1 hour, by contacting the reception for key collection. Tables and paddles must be repositioned to the correct number.

Our pool is filled with fresh spring water and has no chlorine, thanks to a salt sanitation system. Opening hours: 08.00 - 20.00.

Our gourmet restaurant is open daily from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. with a light lunch menu "Napoli Style" and in the evening from 6:45 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. with the gourmet menu (closed on Wednesdays). Credit card guarantee is required for external customers.
