Canyoning consists of descending a gorge carved by water: you walk, swim, abseil down and dive into the pools. The gorges of the Alto Garda and the Val di Ledro offer routes for every level, always with a guide, wetsuit and helmet provided.
Rafting takes place on the Sarca river, which flows down from the Brenta and empties into the lake at Torbole: guided raft descents, from calm, scenic stretches to livelier rapids.
